AI is coming for jobs. Workers deserve a plan.

The companies building AI say it will change almost every job. Some of their own CEOs have warned it could wipe out a big share of entry-level office work. They're making billions from that shift, and workers are left to figure it out alone.

We're delivering every signature to the leaders of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Microsoft, with a copy to the U.S. Department of Labor.

To the leaders of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Microsoft:

If your products replace workers, you owe those workers more than a press release. We call on you to:

Publish data on which jobs your products are replacing, and how fast
Fund retraining and income support for workers who lose jobs to AI
Give workers a real say in how AI gets rolled out where they work
Warn the public before you release tools built to replace whole types of jobs
