AI is changing fast. Come talk about what it means for us.

Data centers matter. They gulp power and water, and towns are fighting over where they go. But they’re the part of AI we can see.

The bigger changes are harder to spot. AI companies are racing to build systems smarter than people, and some of their own leaders warn those systems could slip out of human control. Chatbots are built to keep kids talking. Jobs are shifting. Militaries are handing decisions to machines.

On Nov. 14, Vermont nonprofit Novadaur hosts a free talk at Kellogg-Hubbard Library on what’s happening and what we can do. No tech background needed.
